Project Schedule
Lingmold has a technical meeting between Engineers and Toolmakers for every project. During this meeting we point out all of the important machining and process points, and create a reasonable time table for your project delivery. Afterwards, the Project Engineers follow up on tooling progress against the original schedule and report any variations in schedule. This progress report is always accompanied by actual live photos witnessing the tool’s progress.

Our Project Engineers convey all the Customer’s Requirements to our Design and Machining Departments to insure there are no mis-understandings as to any previous Customer requirements and/or Customer Standards.

After machining, each steel component is inspected to assure that it meets or exceeds the 2D or 3D data of the approved mold design.This ensures that each member of our organizational team(s) pays strict attention to each step of the process, which allows us to guarantee each customer receives the highest quality mold.
