There are around 150 employees in our factory.
We mainly make plastic injection molds with 3K,2K 1K technology. Sometimes we also make die-casting mold/blow mold/ stamping according to different customer request.
Averagely, we make about 400 to 500 molds annually.
Yes, we have our own injection workshops. The 12 sets of injection machines range are from 35Tons to 1250Tons. (over 1250Ton to 4000Ton, we use fixed outsourcing suppliers)
Two shifts.
We have two offices in Hong Kong and LongGang District in Shenzhen. The factory is in Chanan District ,DongGuang, China mainland.
It is hard to say. It all depends on the mold size, complexity and design. Usually, the lead-time is about 25-60 days.
We appoint some experienced and skilled staff to maintain these machines weekly and monthly with the machine supplier's guidance.

We can use all types of steel appointed by customer. Usually we use P20, H13, 1050 etc.
Mold base and steels from LKM or other mold base supplier. Most of cavity and core steels are imported. Mold base S55C or P20 (everything detailed is according to customer required).
Usually we use Synventive, Incoe, Hasco, HRS, MoldMaster,PSG, Yudo, etc, accordingly different customers' habits.
We have the cooperative subsidiary factories to do that. They are more professional.
Our Project Dept. appoints project engineer to handle every project progress and to communicate with customers.
For the mold, we can guarantee the precision to 0.01mm; for the part, 50 length / 0.01mm.
No problem at all. It's common we use English for normal working. Sales dept and project dept are the 2 windows to communicate with customers directly.
Both of them are OK. We can use the standards requested by customer.

We have a living building in our factory for our employees.
The percentage is quite small, only about 2-3%. We think the stability of workforce can maintain a good productivity.

We reconsider the salary twice every year.
For new mold, 40% deposit, 40% on first short, 20% before delivery. For modify mold, 100% one week upon the approval of the updated samples.
General packing method for the mold exported oversea: we pack it strictly in accordance to standard of export regulation.
This kind of matter has never happened to us before. But if it happens and it is our fault, we pay all the cost without any bargain.
The small changes are free. But for the great changes, if it is our fault, we pay; customers’ fault, they pay; both fault, share it balancedly.
