LingMold established in 2006 with factory area of 30,000 sq.m.
(2)How many employees are there in your factory?
There are around 150 employees in our factory.
(3)What kind of mold do you make? Plastic injection mold, die casting mold or else?
We mainly make plastic injection molds with 3K,2K 1K technology. Sometimes we also make die-casting mold/blow mold/ stamping according to different customer request.
(4)How many molds do you make annually?
Averagely, we make about 400 to 500 molds annually.
(5)Do you have plastic injection machines for mold trail?
Yes, we have our own injection workshops. The 12 sets of injection machines range are from 35Tons to 1250Tons. (over 1250Ton to 4000Ton, we use fixed outsourcing suppliers)
(6)How many shifts do you operate every day?
Two shifts.
(7)Do you have office or factory in Hong Kong?
We have two offices in Hong Kong and LongGang District in Shenzhen. The factory is in Chanan District ,DongGuang, China mainland.
(8)How long is the lead-time for a mold?
It is hard to say. It all depends on the mold size, complexity and design. Usually, the lead-time is about 25-60 days.
ⅡFacilities & Technology
(1)How do you maintain your advanced machines?
We appoint some experienced and skilled staff to maintain these machines weekly and monthly with the machine supplier's guidance.
(2)Have the operators been trained specially?
Yes, they have professional trainning and examinations.
(3)How often do you inspect you machinery and tools?
Have a maintain every week (skilled staff), and a maintain every month (quality department).
(4)What kind of steel do you use to make mold?
We can use all types of steel appointed by customer. Usually we use P20, H13, 1050 etc.
(5)Where do you buy the steel and mold base?
Mold base and steels from LKM or other mold base supplier. Most of cavity and core steels are imported. Mold base S55C or P20 (everything detailed is according to customer required).
(6)What kind of hot-runner do you use?
Usually we use Synventive, Incoe, Hasco, HRS, MoldMaster,PSG, Yudo, etc, accordingly different customers' habits.
(7)How do you do the texture/text/heat-treatment /nitriding and so on?
We have the cooperative subsidiary factories to do that. They are more professional.
(8)How do you monitor the process?
Our Project Dept. appoints project engineer to handle every project progress and to communicate with customers.
(9)Which precision grades you can reach?
For the mold, we can guarantee the precision to 0.01mm; for the part, 50 length / 0.01mm.
(10)Do you have any problem communicating in English?
No problem at all. It's common we use English for normal working. Sales dept and project dept are the 2 windows to communicate with customers directly.
(11)Which standards do you use, Metric or Inch?
Both of them are OK. We can use the standards requested by customer.
(12)Which process do you think is the most important in mold making?
We think every process is important. We track process quality component by component with label-scan system.
(13)Can you provide the steel certificate and heat-treatment certificate?
Yes, we can. As our steel supplier and heat-treatment factory can provide the certificates to us.
(14)Do you use graphite or copper to be electrode?
We use both of them.
Ⅲ Human Resource & Working Environment
(1)Where did you employ your staff?
We seek qualified, experienced and high-educated employees from talent market or university.
(2)Have your employees been trained?
Yes, they have. We provide internal training for every new comer from the beginning. After pass the examination, allow them to work.
(3)Where do your employees live?
We have a living building in our factory for our employees.
(4)How many percent of the talent flow are there in your company each year?
The percentage is quite small, only about 2-3%. We think the stability of workforce can maintain a good productivity.
(5)Could you tell us the average employees salary?
It's hard to say. Different ranges, skill and experience have different salary.
(6)How often do you raise employees' salary?
We reconsider the salary twice every year.
ⅣTerms of Shipment & Payment
(1)Can you explain your terms of payment?
For new mold, 40% deposit, 40% on first short, 20% before delivery. For modify mold, 100% one week upon the approval of the updated samples.
(2)How do you pack the mold?
General packing method for the mold exported oversea: we pack it strictly in accordance to standard of export regulation.
ⅤAfter-Sale Service
(1)If there has problem on the mold after the shipment, what did you do?
This kind of matter has never happened to us before. But if it happens and it is our fault, we pay all the cost without any bargain.
(2)Who pay the cost of modification?
The small changes are free. But for the great changes, if it is our fault, we pay; customers’ fault, they pay; both fault, share it balancedly.
(3)Do you make spare part for customer?
Yes, we do. If customer request .
