MOLD TRIAL-OUT & PRODUCTION

LingMold has the Injection Machines from 35T to 650T. We are strictly accordance with ISO9001: 2000 Quality Control Procedures to ensure the products meeting with customer requirements.

At LingMold, we fully test all moulds and trials are conducted on state of the art machines and ancillary equipment. Trial reports and process data are provided to the client for rapid start up and all clients can be assured of tight quality control that guarantees an excellent product. Mould trial samples will be provided together with inspection reports.

LingMold use 100% of raw materials for testing and production which imported such as from the United States, Germany, Japan, Taiwan, produced by ABS, PC, PC + ABS, POM, PMMA, PA, PPT, PE, PVC and other common materials and engineering plastics. These can guarantee the properties of products.
